Hello ZenSportsians!

On March 5th, we ventured into the world of Axie Infinity, hosting the Battle of the Guilds, an epic 64-player tournament featuring eight of the top guilds in all of Axie.

The tournament was a smashing success. We plan to run a second Battle of the Guilds event soon, but first we want to host a kick-off event for early ZenSportsian NFT minters.

ZenSportsia NFT Axie Invitational Details

The ZenSportsia NFT Axie Invitational is an open-entry, single elimination Axie tournament with bonus prize opportunities to those who hold a ZenSportsian NFT.

All ZenSportsian NFT holders are guaranteed entry into the event, and we will accept registrants until we have reached 64 total players. The tournament will be played using our new ZenSports Play app, which is filled with a new dedicated user experience specifically tailored to esports players and fans!

$10,000 in prize money will be awarded to tournament players who finish in a top place and who own at least one ZenSportsian NFT. An additional $1,000 in prize money will be up for grabs by all tournament players, regardless of ZenSportsian NFT ownership status.

Date/Time: May 7th, 8:00 pm EST.

Format: Single elimination, bracket-style in the ZenSports Play mobile app

Registration: All players must register for the tournament in the ZenSports Play mobile app, and must subsequently check-in for the tournament in the ZenSports Discord server. All players will be given access to a special player-only channel as well as a specific role for the tournament.

Staking Bonus: If you want to win even more money from playing in our tournaments, make sure to check out our SPORTS Staking Rewards Program. The program rewards you for simply holding SPORTS tokens in your ZenSports account and playing in tournaments!

1st. $500

2nd. $250

3rd: $150

4th: $150

ZenSportsian Prize Pool: (only open to those players that own at least one ZenSportsian NFT)

1st place: $5,000

3rd-4th place: $750 each

5th-8th place: $250 each

**Note: ZenSportsian NFT owners will be able to win both the Base Prize Pool and ZenSportsian NFT Prize Pool. Non-NFT owners will only be able to earn the Base Prize Pool of $1,000.

Tournament places listed above are based on relative placement to each group. ZenSportsian NFT Prize Pool money will be awarded to the top 8 ZenSportsian NFT holders based on placement. If there aren’t at least 8 players in the tournament that own ZenSportsian NFT’s, then just the top places that hold ZenSportsian NFT’s will be awarded the ZenSportsian NFT Prize Pool. For example, if there are only 6 players in the tournament that own ZenSportsian NFT’s, then just the top 6 places will be awarded prize money from the ZenSportsian NFT Prize Pool. The Base Prize Pool will be awarded to the top 4 finishers, regardless of whether they own a ZenSportsian NFT or not.
