As we’ve discussed during a previous blog post and several times on social media, our philosophy at ZenSportsia is that NFT’s should be a real product created by a real company, not just a collectible created by a “project”. Like real products, NFT’s should have real utilitarian value where customers (not investors) feel like they are getting real value and benefits from their product purchase.
One thing that is common when selling products is the opportunity for customers to return the product for a refund or partial refund if they’re not happy with the purchase. This is especially true when pre-paying for the entire product in advance. If you’re only paying a monthly subscription for something, there may be no need to offer a refund because it’s pay-as-you-go and if you’re unhappy with the product, you can just cancel it. However, if you’re paying an annual subscription or a one-time fee for the lifetime of a product (like how NFT’s are sold), then that should come with an opportunity get a refund if the product is returned within a certain period of time.

How It Works / Terms & Conditions
1) For the first 60 days after any NFT Presale minting that ZenSportsia offers, ZenSportsia will commit to “sweeping the floor” on OpenSea at the Presale minting price (in the case of our March 2022 NFT drop, this means a price of 0.1 ETH). “Sweeping the floor” means that ZenSportsia will purchase all ZenSportsian NFT’s being sold on OpenSea for 0.1 ETH or less.
2) The sweeping will happen on OpenSea once per week, every Monday at an undisclosed time, for the first 60 days after the Presale Minting begins. ZenSportsia is headquartered on Eastern Time, so calculate your time zone accordingly based on that.
3) ZenSportsia will not do any over-the-counter transactions — all purchases will take place on OpenSea only.
4) When selling your NFT on OpenSea, you must use the “Fixed Price” option, not the “Timed Auction” option. ZenSportsia will not participate in any auctions or bidding wars.
5) No need to use the “Reserve for a specific buyer” option. If someone else besides ZenSportsia buys your NFT prior to the next sweeping, that’s great! The point is for you to get your Presale minting sales price guaranteed, not to guarantee that ZenSportsia is the buyer.
6) Whichever ZenSportsian NFT’s are being sold for the Presale minting price at the time that ZenSportsia sweeps is what we’ll purchase. If your NFT isn’t available for sale at the fixed price of the Presale minting price or lower at the time of sweeping, ZenSportsia will not buy your NFT.
7) You will be responsible for your own gas, marketplace, and other commission fees.
8) The last Monday within the 60 day period is likely to occur prior to the 60 day expiration period. I.e. the last Monday within the 60 day period might occur with 4 days or 3 days still left to go in the 60 day expiration period. ZenSportsia will do one final sweep on the 60th day, regardless of which day of the week that that falls on. Once that final sweep is done on the 60th day, ZenSportsia will not do any more sweeps for that particular NFT Presale minting.
9) ZenSportsia will never tolerate fraud at anytime. If we deem that you are attempting to defraud us or other customers, ZenSportsia reserves the right to not sweep your NFT’s. This includes trying to sell stolen NFT’s, defrauding ZenSportsia or other customers within the ZenSports app, etc.
10) ZenSportsia reserves the right to modify or cancel this sweeping program at any time.
