ZenSports has announced today a more Simplified Standard Rewards Program for all customers, and a brand new VIP Rewards Program for top tier customers within its sports betting platform.
Standard Rewards Program Changes
While we appreciate all of the awesome customers currently using ZenSports, we must acknowledge that our current bonus programs are in many cases too generous. We remain committed to providing best-in-class sports betting opportunities to customers. As such, effective November 1, 2023, we are terminating our current Welcome Bonuses, Cash Back Bonuses, Infrequent Withdrawal Bonuses, and Referral Bonuses, and replacing these bonuses with a simplified $1,000 No Danger First Wager Bonus. The No Danger First Wager Bonus will allow customers to place their first bet in ZenSports and be reimbursed for the amount of their bet if the bet loses, up to a $1,000 maximum.
All customers are responsible for reading through ZenSports’ Terms & Conditions and Support Library to understand further how the new No Danger First Wager works, along with how ZenSports will handle any erroneous payouts from the old bonus program that may still occur due to pending technical system updates that are in the process of approval and deployment.
New VIP Rewards Program
Increasingly, a big segment of ZenSports’ business is coming from its top betting volume customers. As such, ZenSports is launching a brand new VIP Rewards Program for our top tier customers. The new VIP Rewards Program will allow such VIP customers to earn more bonuses, comps, and perks not offered to ZenSports’ standard customers. The program is by invite only, and rewards under this program will be fully under the discretion of the ZenSports team based on the customer’s play history. ZenSports Still Beats The Competition
We have been extremely generous with our bonus offers for all of our customers, to the point where it wasn’t competitive for us to offer 11% bonuses in some cases (8% during the Welcome Bonus period plus 3% Referral Bonuses). The new No Danger First Wager Bonus will align us closer to the competition, while still providing us with the flexibility to reward our top customers even further via our VIP Bonus Program. In addition, we continue to never limit or ban customers for sharp action, and so the combination of these two things still make ZenSports the most attractive sports betting option for customers.

Carryover Payments in November 2023 for Signups Prior to November 1, 2023
Any signups that occurred through October 31, 2023 and that used a Referral Bonus code will have those Referral Bonuses paid to the Advocate at the normally scheduled day during the month of November 2023. November 30, 2023 will mark the last day of anymore Referral Bonuses that will be paid out.
Any signups that occurred through October 31, 2023 will have those Welcome Bonuses paid to the customer at the normally scheduled day during the month of November 2023. November 15, 2023 will mark the last day of anymore Welcome Bonuses that will be paid out.
Because the Cash Back Bonus and Infrequent Withdrawal Bonuses were both paid out on a calendar month basis (instead of a monthly anniversary basis), those final bonus payments were made October 31, 2023 for all betting volume through that date, and no further payouts will occur.
