OWL Grand Finals start Thursday. Only four teams remain in contention, with two coming from each side of the bracket, NA and Asia. Here’s a quick look at the remaining teams and their opening matchups.

Seoul Dynasty vs. SF Shock

Odds: Seoul Dynasty (+185) || SF Shock (-270)

Bet on Seoul || Bet on SF Shock 

This is the less exciting of the first two initial matchups. SF Shock is the reigning champion of the OWL, winning last years finals 4-0 vs the Vancouver Titans. SF is favored heavily vs the Dynasty and should be able to take them out and advance to the second round of the upper bracket. 

Philadelphia Fusion vs Shanghai Dragons

Odds: Philadelphia Fusion (+130) || Shanghai Dragons (-182) 

Bet on Philadelphia || Bet on Shanghai 

This matchup is predicted to be closer than the first, however I do not necessarily see that to be the case. Shanghai has been absolutely dominant this season, winning 27 matches and only dropping 2. The Fusion have also been dominant, but not nearly as much so as the Dragons. I expect the Dragons to make a statement early by winning this matchup handily.
