Quarterback Desmon Ridder has essentially broken even with his performances this year, as he has six touchdowns and six interceptions. He has amassed 1,380 yards and has a QBR of 40.0 (25th best in league). The Falcons need leadership and consistency in order to excel offensively.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers Preview

The Buccaneers have gone 1-2 in their last three games, with both losses failing to produce significant offense. Their latest showing was a 20-6 loss to the Detroit Lions, where the best they could muster was two field goals.

Looking at both of their losses, they allowed opponents to average 22.5 points and they could only put up 8.5 points. In a span of three games, this is not the momentum you want to see heading into this game. This cannot happen if they want to continue holding down the top spot in the division.

By their overall scoring stats this year, it has been closely contested matchups. They are averaging 18.0 points per game and letting their foes get 17.6 per game. If they can accumulate more offense, this would definitely help, as their defense has not been the worst.

Baker Mayfield (QB) ranks eighth in the league with a QBR of 62.9. He has thrown seven touchdowns and three interceptions, all while contributing a total of 1,088 yards. If he can find an offensive rhythm early, this would bode well for their chances at success.
